Khalifa Al Misnad is a Qatari lawyer who took up photography in his mid-twenties as a hobby to accompany him on his travel expeditions. His work is largely focused on landscape and candid shots of people that highlight both the beauty and fragility of the planet.
Khalifa has recently gravitated towards aerial photography and drone videography, which has given a completely new dimension to his practice. His approach raises environmental and social awareness issues through understated but quietly impactful imagery.
