The research investigates the natural phenomena of salt crystallization in its capacity as material computation for architectural structures. The dynamic morphology of the crystallization process helps to construct or deconstruct a system with time being an essential factor in enhancing the process. Experiments using digital form finding methods are essential to push the structural capacity of the material. The process of creating data driven geometries is as important as the end product.
